How to join a Teams meeting on the web

Step 1: Open https://teams.cloud.microsoft/ on any browser, preferably Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Step 2: Open the meeting invite using the invite link in Outlook, calendar or the Channel.

Step 3: Under Outlook find the Email with the invite link and press it.

Step 4: Under Calendar and see the meetings.

Step 5: Under Chat > Teams and channels and find the channels the meeting is sent to.

Step 6: Click Join

Step 7: Press Allow while visiting this site if prompted

 

Step 8:Adjust camera and microphone settings. 

Step 9:Click Join now.
