How to add a shared mailbox in Outlook mobile on Android

Step 1: Open Outlook.

Step 2: Tap your profile icon in the top left corner.

Step 3: Tap the Add icon.

Step 4: Tap Add a shared mailbox.  

Step 5: Enter the shared address and save it.
