Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain PCs, servers, network printers, Microsoft 365 and IT software applications
- Set up and maintain internet routers, switches, wireless Access Points, Firewalls, VPN and computers
- Set up cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Perform helpdesk duties and resolve clients IT issues
- Daily update of IT ticketing cases in the IT Helpdesk System
- To update inventory, technical documents and network diagrams
- Comply with all policies and procedures published under Information Security Management System category
- Fulfil the requirements of Information Security Management System standards
The ideal candidate:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong accountability and sense of responsibility
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
