Job Description


  • Prepare purchase orders, sales orders, proforma invoices, proposals and quotations
  • Manage and bill hardware/software warranty and subscription renewal
  • Manage and bill domain name and hosting renewal
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels for clients
  • Understand clients’ needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support and information
  • Keep an expert knowledge of the products, including updates and variations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc project related tasks as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and procedures published under Information Security Management System category
  • Fulfil the requirements of Information Security Management System standards

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge in IT products and solutions
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
  • Self-motivated and results driven
