Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders, sales orders, proforma invoices, proposals and quotations
- Manage and bill hardware/software warranty and subscription renewal
- Manage and bill domain name and hosting renewal
- Monitor and report on inventory levels for clients
- Understand clients’ needs and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support and information
- Keep an expert knowledge of the products, including updates and variations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Undertake any other ad-hoc project related tasks as assigned
- Comply with all policies and procedures published under Information Security Management System category
- Fulfil the requirements of Information Security Management System standards
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge in IT products and solutions
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
- Self-motivated and results driven
