Job Description


  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including data entry into the QuickBooks system
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Generate invoices and account statements
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Follow up on customer collections and execute customer GIRO collections
  • Manage office documentation, filing systems and record-keeping
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Procurement of IT devices

The ideal candidate:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Highly organised and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Proficiency in handling phone calls and managing emails
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets (QuickBooks and Excel)
  • Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role, even as an intern or entry-level, can be advantageous
